About the Role
The Nurse Content Specialist will play a dual role in advancing Smart'n by contributing to its training, content creation, and product development. In this dynamic position, you will help refine Smart'n’s AI models through nurse-specific annotations, develop engaging content for blogs, LinkedIn posts, and short vlogs, and provide critical feedback during product reviews and testing. This role is perfect for a nurse who is passionate about technology, education, and supporting the nursing community.
About You
You are a change agent, with a passion for improving the nursing profession with the following qualifications:
An active nursing license in the US or Canada
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and informative content.
Passion for technology, innovation, and improving the nursing profession.
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and basic video creation tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, with an ability to accurately annotate data and provide thorough feedback.
Responsibilities
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, requiring a commitment of at least 5 hours weekly.
Content for AI Training and Annotation:
Perform weekly detailed annotations on nursing-related data to enhance the accuracy, personalization and relevance of Smart'n’s AI responses.
Ensure annotated data reflects the practical, ethical, and clinical standards of nursing.
Content Creation:
Write weekly engaging blogs and articles tailored to nurses on topics such as professional growth, NCLEX preparation, career advice, and clinical best practices.
Create LinkedIn posts that resonate with the nursing community, promoting Smart'n’s features and value.
Develop short, captivating vlogs to educate and inspire nurses, highlighting Smart'N’s capabilities and its role in solving real-world challenges.
Product Reviews and Testing:
Participate in product beta testing to evaluate new features and updates.
Provide actionable feedback to improve functionality, usability, and the overall user experience of Smart'n
Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align content and feedback with Smart'n’s strategic goals.
Share insights from personal nursing experience to inform product improvements and content relevance.
